The $25,000 “Frrrozen Haute Chocolate” has officially become the most expensive dessert on the planet. The indulgent delicacy is being offered at Serendipity 3 Restaurant in New York City’s Upper East Side. The dessert is made with a blend of 28 rare and exotic cocoas from around the world.
